The lady make the coffee had attitude and unprofessional I don’t recommend wasting your time and money here. 1. I asked the cashier for 2 medium roast and one dark she said it will take about three minute if u wait, I told her yes i will wait.. 2. The lady in the back said will take 15 minute to be ready with attitude kind of rude.

This store may be popular for many others. Today I decided to have a coffee outside after months. I have experienced two incidents here. 1. I asked for ceramic cup for my coffee and employee handed to me a cup seem to be unwashed. I tried to wipe off the dripped line of coffee outside with my finger and it did not go away. It means the cup has been like that for awhile. I asked for replace to paper cup and employee did with unhappy face. 2. I have reward to Peets, and today I tried to open the app while I order. The employee was supposed to ask me before she closed my transaction. When I was able to open, and she told my that she already closed my transaction. And she started to lecture me that I need to do than scanning when I am ordering which is I know. Won’t go here ever again.
