Was in the store this Sunday the 6th. I made a transaction at the counter and they didn't know how to process a return to my card. Didn't know how to do it at the register and informed me they would send an email to have it rectified. As of today's date which is Wednesday the 9th the charge is still pending in my account. I would think the staff would be trained well enough to handle any type of transactions and returns on cards. Was very disappointed that there was a difficulty with this.

This is the closest County liquor to my house and I've visited this location for many years now. ABS went under a huge warehose modernization just a couple of years ago, and our product ordering and delivery processes are now quick and organized. The Kensington store is not very large but if there are specific products you are looking for, please ask the manager to order them for you. The decision to not have coolers in stores is not one the County made. It is in fact written into state law to prohibit the County stores from competing with small privately-owned off-premise stores. The same is true for alcohol in grocery store sales - this was instated on a state level at the request of small businesses. However, ABS has begun a store remodeling project and I hope you'll find that the new store model coming out is customer-friendly, modern, and allows for increased interaction. We will have a few updated stores opening this summer and more will follow. We know our customers have options and we need to be competitive. I assure you, customer service is our top priority.

Not sure. Give them a call, they are nice and know what is in stock. If they don't, they might be able to special order for you.
Go to the online portal and you can find inventory and cost for everything they carry.
Call your nearest store, they will tell you. Or better, go to the Portal and search first the wine, then the store inventory for that wine. Easy to find what is available, where.
They do, but those are sold out very quickly. You can use the Product Portal to search inventory and availability of any of their products.
