I would love to view an apartment in this location but it seems that it won’t happen. When calling for information, I was routed 3 different times and each time, it was an answering service with no idea of when I might be contacted. I did finally get a response and was told there were no apartments available, even though I continue to receive emails that there are apartments. When I did receive a response, I was told that showings only occurred Monday-Friday from 9-5:30. If a person works to afford an apartment, how or when can they visit for a showing? I understand that virtual showings can occur but there are several complaints listed regarding smells and I really just wanted to see for myself. Guess they really don’t want to rent apartments…

I love this place …. You can easily see that the tenant is the building highest priority, the building is maintained and all maintenance request are handled very fast . Mark made the moving process extremely easy !!!

The staff at Dublin Village is outstanding. Both manager and maintenance respond promptly and address & resolve any issues or concerns. The remodeled apartments are nice and spacious; and there’s always parking available. I’m very happy with my choice to rent here.
