Great late night dinner option if you’re looking to order something besides pizza. About a 20 minute wait with no prior reservations made (Thursday night around 11 PM).

Pretty good dinner spot. Traditional dinner spot, old school, classic. Every dish is good. Not much of an appetizer menu. The staff is super charming. I have been there a couple times now.

Probably my favorite restaurant in San Francisco! Great food, drinks, dessert and service! Love the soups (have enjoyed the lobster bisque & french onion), and the prime rib is awesome. All desserts, especially the bread pudding, are amazing. Bartenders and wait staff are always friendly too. Love this spot!

Questions & Answers

Do you take reservations? Is their a dress code? I want to have a romantic steak/fish dinner with my gf, celebrating my birthday. I would prefer to have a reservation than to be waiting for a table if possible.

They do not accept reservations. Typically the wait isn't much more than 20-30 minutes at peak times and they have a bar area where you can be seated. There is no official dress code, most people are in business casual, but you will feel comfortable in most attire. It is a great intimate hideaway for date night.
