Arthur is truly the best!! He does an amazing job with balayage in particular and makes it look very natural and beautiful. He is clearly passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and brought it to life even better than I imagined. He is also very accommodating in scheduling and goes out of his way to make it work. I’ve had balayage in top salons in other cities and Arthur is by far the best - highly recommend!
