After reading reviews of Oasis Farm, We hosted our child’s first birthday party. The initial conversation went smooth with little hiccups. Just a day before we wanted to reschedule as it was a heat wave on the day of party. The host didn’t answer any calls, so we decided to drive at the location and to our surprise, there was no one at the farm. Until now we didn’t realize what’s coming our way the next day(event day). We and our guests arrived at farm with high expectations of being accommodating and friendly staff. On a hot day, we were not served with any water. The staff never entertained our guests and were left by themselves to wonder what to do next. We requested food to be served, however they being under staffed, didn’t serve food properly. Entire order was changed as per their convenience. Additional charges were asked to pay for gluten-free food. Upon requesting extra paper plates and spoons, they informed it’s not included in the contract. The guests were left to eat food without plates. Such behavior reflects how they run their business and what character these owners live up to. It doesn’t end here, we were provided only one small trash bin to dump stuff. When it became full, the staff never changed and asked us to place all the trash near the bins. Making it further a messy experience. Nonetheless this was a very bad choice of party location. In my opinion, do not even think about hosting your family and friends at this place. There are many other better farms that a welcoming and happy to host.

My visit to the farm was very disappointing. The service was subpar. No one was there to help me and when I did encounter help everyone was rude and unfriendly. This facility needs a big makeover updating the grounds, activities, and staff. Unfortunately, the only pleasant experience was using a real bathroom facility and not a port a potty.

I would never go to this farm again. Nothing much to see a nyc public park has more stuff for kids to play then thire whole par. Dirty smell just few broke trikes for kids to ride on which are too big for kids and loose parts on them its hard for kids. Also they have basketball hoops that's all and they charge you top of at the lady at the counter very rude .if you want to go somewhere to have family time please go elsewhere.

Place is nicely put together, very friendly staff, has good stuff for people of all ages….love that they have cornhole for the adults now and are doing more event when they are open on the weekends.
