THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! We took our taxes here for a few years in a row and they were fine. My husband became disabled which complicated our tax situation a bit. The tax preparer we had entered a number or letter incorrectly on our 1040 in relationship to income we received as a result of my husband being disabled and didn't realize the mistake before they submitted it. Since this error made it look like we made money, the disgusting state of California decided to assess our state taxes based on this incorrect number as well. This error has caused us THOUSANDS in fines. It is several years later and we are still dealing with the IRS and the crooks that run the state franchise tax board in California. We eventually had to hire a tax attorney. This company did nothing to help!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A VERY SIMPLE TAX SITUATION and in that case, you'd be better off doing it yourself.

Over 20 years with the same Tax office in Oakland. When Tax time, my life was miserable. My documents submitted to the office on the first week of Feb every year, I hoped the return early or on time. I called the tax preparer every week, they replied soon. Due date 4/15 my tax still not done. My last tax return from Oak. Tax office was 4/15/2020 at 11PM over the phone, she E-filed for me. I know, I should walk away long time ago, due to life was so busy, hate to try new place, and bad experience. Overall I though all Tax office's were the same. I was wrong. This is my 2nd years at Tax Care. I love the experience, easy, fast, reasonable price, friendly staffs, especially the Master of the office. I will continue to come and already tell my Families and Friends. I will not go anywhere............. I love my Tax Care :)
