I have utilized this business twice now and they are my definite “go to”. Their customer service is excellent and I appreciate how quickly they repaired my phone.

I’ve been here for repairs multiple times and every time they fix my problems with a real down to earth attitude and advice to avoid problems in the future. This last time I experienced an interesting glitch in their system that didn’t notify me when my repairs were done. However, a simple phone call letting them know of the problem was all it took to get the ball rolling and getting my computer back. Zach was friendly and humble when I asked about the notification mishap and assured me that the repairs went smoothly and that it wouldn’t happen again. Historically I haven’t experienced the issue so I trust that it will not happen again in the near future. Thanks iParts, you definitely have been the most reliable repair store in town!

Zachary(?), has long hair, fixed my iPad’s charging port that got damaged, and I wasn’t able to charge the battery. It took him just minutes to fix it! It’s now charging with no problem. He is *great*!!
