Pickers for pickup service are not doing a good job. Twice in a row I had to go into the store to return items I did not order and pick up items I ordered that were in the store that pickers did not put in my "cart".

the people in the store are quite friendly and every time I go in they are busy stocking and taking care of their business... I shop there a lot mostly late at night and they're extremely friendly and courteous. Their prices have jumped tremendously in the last month since 2022 started so that's a disappointing but overall a positive experience

I'm feeling to understand how I visited one store in the plaza and face masks were required yet when I went into Safeway multiple customers no face mask and they're in the checkout line so I won't be returning to this location anytime soon

This trip we were taking a mini getaway and ended up stopping at this Safeway because of convenience. Safeway is one of the grocery chains that still make sandwiches at the deli counter and so we not only bought our dinner for the evening but were able to order a few sandwiches for our lunch. The rolls were fresh and the sandwiches tasted great. We were also able to pick up some things for a wonderful dinner namely some tender steaks and lobster tail that were on sale along with some bacon wrapped stuffed poppers for appetizers. The staff was friendly and helpful making our experience stress free.
