Adding to the rest here to emphasize the constant delay and loss of mail from this particular location. Does the USPS track site specific metrics on mail loss? I have had more mail never show up while living here than all other places I have ever lived combined. (a lot).

I highly recommend avoiding this location for passport applications. The manager, Mary, was rude, misunderstood the application procedure, and refused to process my application. Thankfully, the third time I went in, Tim and Jay were very helpful and kind and processed my application.

We put in a mail forwarding order and have not received our mail in one month!! We get one piece, rarely two three days a week. We are missing all utility bills, most credit card bills and important insurance and Medicare statements! We have complained to Postmaster general who just passed on to station. They keep saying “it takes time.” Ridiculous operation!

There is a carrier at this location that refused to deliver to business sites that are open on the weekend. I have had two instances where packages where marked delivered and never actually delivered. The packages sat in the post office and were never even delivered. If your delivering to the Corte Madera are use UPS or FEDEX they actually have people sign for ALL packages upon delivery and have offices that are Customer Friendly 7 DAY A WEEK!

I think it's Wile E. Coyote
Yes they do. You will either have to go in or call to make an appointment though
Yes I did mine
No, they don't.
It's the PO for deliveries. The smaller PO in Larkspur only does outgoing mailings. Good luck with any hold or forwarding through Corte Madera. They don't seem to have developed any consistency.
