This is a nice place to live, the office staff is professional and cooperative, Most of the time I had to talk to Melissa, she is very professional and caring staff member. Maintenance team is great, they show up quickly and fix things on time. It is a clean community. Price is very good and affordable. Walmart is very close. Thank you !!

Only been living here a month so far, so my review is subject to change at the end of my term. With that said, I've had a very good experience at Aspen Grove. The maintenance people are quick and the office is generally responsive. My stairwell constantly smells like weed and the laundry situation isn't great (requires you to reload your laundry payment card at the office, which is often closed by the time you get home from work). However, despite some weird/shady looking people, there has been no crime in the time I've been here. As a small woman, I would feel safe walking around here at night. Lots of potholes in the road, but they recently fixed one, so overall a good sign. Improvements are definitely a possibility here but overall a very nice place to live for the price ($1300 for a 2-bedroom apartment).

Made plans for over a month to look at the two/three bedroom apartments. Had an appointment today that I took off early from work for, and she opened the office door stood in the doorway and said “sorry forgot to call you. We don’t have any two or three bedrooms available.” Very rude. Should have at least invited us into office to apologize for wasting our time. Probably s blessing in disguise we didn’t move here judging by this interaction.

The apartments have a lot of space, the office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are very quick and helpful. Very close to a lot of nice parks. Very close to many good shopping and grocery stores. Only complaints I have at this time: parking is sometimes difficult, the walking sounds of the neighbors above is too loud (not the neighbor's fault), and sometimes the water in the bathroom starts to lose heat towards the end of a shower.
