This was an awesome boat tour of star island and fisher island in Miami. The guide was knowledgeable and you are sure to be star struck. We saw George Lopez go by on a boat during our tour. Please tip your guide. Pro tip, buy the tour from Groupon and bring enough cash to tip and buy your photo ($20).

Fun way to see the downtown Miami skyline and see some celebrities homes from the water. Tour guide was good and knowledgeable. They have drinks and snacks available on board, but the lines were long. Overall good experience.

The office is north east of the back side of Victoria's Secret. In a separate building. You will need to pass the "authorized personnel only" sign. We searched for them for over 30 minutes and had to ask a few other kiosk owners where they were. The office was not visible from the direction that we initially approached from. We tried to call and their phone went straight to a voice-mail that is full. When we got to the ticket booth we were asked if we had a reservation, which we had not made because the first line of our Groupon was 'no reservation needed'. The ticket person, who I couldn't really see due to sun glare, started talking to another person who walked up and when she came back to talking to me I wasn't sure who she was talking to. We mentioned that they were hard to find and the website didn't work , to which she replied that it's through a third party vendor. We also mentioned that we tried to call and she said that they don't have a reservation line. After receiving our tickets we were pointed in a direction and told to wait by the stairs. The tour was okay, in English and Spanish, but mostly about which famous person lives where. There was one island with an obelisk, that I would have been interested in knowing about, but they made no mention of it. 4 people on the boat won "free" vacations, it seemed scammy and I'm thinking time share. Overall, I can't recommend.
