Wonderful experience. Could not have had a better time buying a car.

I purchased a 1987 Ferrari Testarossa from them back in February. They showed me paperwork that the car had its engine out service, new clutch and resurfaced flywheel by their service department to the tune of $33k to the previous owner which probably convinced him to sell the car. After purchasing the car and having it shipped to New York I did not receive the plates for the car for 4 months which was due to them not having it expedited for 125$ at the NY DMV. So that was frustrating to say the least especially after spending 137k on a car with tax. Then after driving the car, I couldn't get the car into gear without double clutching. I had to have the clutch taken out of the car by a credible Ferrari specialist in the area (berlinetta motors) owned by Doug Perrone a very well-known Ferrari mechanic. He stated that for Ferrari Mill Valley to let the car leave their shop the way the car was shifting was reprehensible. He said that they installed the clutch incorrectly causing the clutch to bend and also bending one of the Heli coils in the flywheel which needed to be machined out. After calling them for 2 weeks to rectify the situation which they said they would, they have been avoiding my calls. I don't think its right that they charged the previous owner $11k to change a clutch incorrectly. They presented the car to me that all of this work was done which convinced me to buy the car. It cost me another $11k to have their mess up fixed. Their idea of customer service is to avoid my calls. All i have asked for from them is a credit toward work at the local Ferrari Dealer here which I see as fair. I'm not asking for the $11k in cash I had to lay out for fixing their service departments incompetence. Definitely not a well-run organization and not where you should buy your next Ferrari.

When I came to pick up a vehicle for a client, the workers prepared to vehicle very quickly for transportation. Which I am very grateful for. Find out more about my services @levines_garage on Instagram

This exotic car is one of the best looking cars i have ever seen. Inside the shop, it looks like a car paradise. One car is more attractive then another. Production is limited. In 2019 Ferrari produced only 10,131 units. They sell both new and used ones. The cheapest car is at least $200,000. The price is as high as the price of the house in many Florida state locations. It looks away more sophisticated than Tesla. Anyone who can afford Tesla, probably will be able to buy this Italian supercar, and will not regret. Also, Ferrari company is owned 67.9 % by public, and is one of very few independent supercar brands that exist in the world. Location of the store is not in San Francisco but in Marin county, city Mill Valley. I would suggest anyone to visit this store and evaluate these beautiful cars with incredible interiors. Staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful.
