I had just left the branch over in bear valley and you can read my review there. But at this location, Jennifer and the manager Domingo were phenomenal! They made sure my situation was taken care of and that I had peace of mind. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

If you arrive at 4:55pm 5 minutes before closing and are Hispanic they will discriminate and not serve you. The closing manager just laughs because he can get away with racial slurs in a whisper. They all just defend each other and make the customer seem to be wrong even though they have all your money stored inside this bank. Worst bank experience ever this happened twice already in the same location. I've been with wellsfargo since 2004 and I'll probably change banks now.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer through the drive thru at this location. She was very snappy and unprofessional. I expect much higher customer service from the bank I’ve been banking at for over 25 years. I understand everyone has bad days, but you leave that at home and go about your daily work day as if there is nothing wrong. I did not appreciate being belittled and talked down to when I was trying to file a complaint. So now I am filing a complaint against Jennifer on the stores reviews with the 1-star. Jennifer did not allow me to file that complaint and just kept stressing how I had never done something at this banking location that I’ve been doing for 3-years and she called me a liar and kept telling me I was wrong.

I frequent the drive up on a weekly basis to do deposits or cash checks. The young gentleman that is always back there, Andrew, is always so welcoming and always has a great attitude. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m always taken care of and does it quickly, which I love and why I frequent this location over any other.
