My friend recently needed to place an order for catering. Shout out to Colin who answered all her questions and helped plan a meal for a surprise graduation party. He was polite and efficient. We truly appreciated his demeanor. During a time in our lives when one is never sure of how staff at an establishment will treat a customer, it was nice to see that an employee took the time to help. Thank you for that.

Ordered food cus place online said closed @ 9 and when i was on my way to get food @ 7 manager called saying oh sorry we close at 7 and ill have to refund you which can take 7-10 days.. like why the heck would you let me place an order? Now online order says it will be ready tomorrow and it wasnt canceled like she said.. so now its just sitting there. Ill tell you this much i will go out of my way to tell people to not eat here. Do better JJ Cheba hut it is!!

Food was ordered online for my employees on a jobsite. Food was confirmed as delivered. Food was not delivered. I was not notified until a week later by my employees, I checked jobsite cameras and confirmed the food was not delivered. Manager at store said there was nothing he could do to remedy. Pathetic.
