I have received the worst service from this office. Delivery times changed and my movers cannot accommodate the new date caused by this office and they do not care. Supervisor doesn’t explain the procedures on how to pick up a box earlier to meet the movers appointment. The staff do not care that they have changed times on delivery of the box and movers cannot change times to meet delays of UHaul. The Uhaul from CA were so helpful and went beyond customer expectations on explaining operations and time schedules but this branch is very unprofessional and rude. Definitely learned how to not recommend this UHAUL branch. Cristina hung up when I wanted access to my box to unload. Very frustrating. The movers told me that I’m the 6th client that this branch couldn’t fulfill their original date of delivery. My box is sitting in their location for 6 days or longer before I get it delivered. Poor service.

Waited over 30mins just for someone to check me in for a reserved and pre-checked-in truck. Manager helped one person then walked away with people in line waiting and a single employee working. Then there were no keys on the rack. Any recent 5 star reviews have got to be fake and paid for.

We ordered several Uboxes and ran into multiple problems, (long story). Management horribly unresponsive and the employees are extremely rude. I wonder even if a manager exists because all we ever got were excuses and promises of call backs from the less than interested employees, and never had anything resolved. Word of caution, there are many other locations to use, avoid this one. -Having to take this up to corporate using the 1-800 Uhaul. Long process unfortunately.

I give 5 stars for this store ONLY! Davin, Josh, and Michael were all very kind, helpful and got me a truck that had been reserved! As for the dispatcher’s, Uhaul should actually listen to the “recorded” conversations and see how incredibly rude, non-informing, and uncompassionate those ladies are! When you “reserve” a truck it apparently doesn’t mean it’ll be in your town. I was told I had to drive 5 hours to go get my truck….because “we can’t make a truck appear out of thin air.” Wowzers!!
