We've been shopping here for years & always had good experience. However, went here 3/10/22 specifically to buy salsas. The botanera Rojas was old and spoiled causing the lid to keep popping off. Went back 2 days later to get a refund for the 2# I purchased. They would not refund$ even though I had my receipt. They would only replaced the salsa which I didn't want to do! Because of the poor customer service I will not shop here again!

This is a nice local grocery. This is not a big box grocery. But, it is way better than a convenience store. As local groceries go, I am very impressed. While not my go-to store, this is a place I visit regularly for items that I simply do not want to go to bigger stores to get. Combine that with an excellent selection of ethnic food items not available elsewhere, and you are set. Then, when you combine this with the people, it is exceptional. The folks that work here are excellent, and have always treated me well.

Verg poor customer service. At the deli counter asked for cooked ham and requested to slice it thinner and they refused. Said they couldnt do it, the other employee gave a nasty look with an attitude..
