Terrible company to work with. We have their surveillance cameras for our business that malfunction occasionally. Customer service will not help you unless your installer troubleshoots first and then create a ticket for you. If your installer doesn’t respond you are out of luck! Customer service is not very friendly or helpful.

Stable Product, good customer service to dealers. They do not service walk in customer that are look for a cheap deal. That guy Evans Auto Sales, has no clue how dealer and re-seller relationship works. They always backup their warranty on the products I purchased from them as long as I show the serial number and date I purchased. So far their products holding up very good, very few failed during and after installed. Had maybe three out of hundreds that I had installed failed during installation, it could also be installer error on my workers. Price is very competitive, look for monthly deals. Very large product selection for different applications, from small projects for a house or store to mid-side and enterprise solutions. The tech support is very knowledgeable, they usually can help you resolve your problems quickly. I personally called them many times during the past few years. If you are a installer like me, I do recommend LTS for your next security camera project.
