This place is simply amazing. I went in looking for J.Sweets and was plesantly suprised to find everything else attached. It is now my new favorite place. I spent way more money than I wanted to bc there was way to many foods and candies I wanted to try. But it was worth it! I highly recommend visiting. I am sure the lady in the book store was profiling me as she kept watching me (You look suspicious to me when you do that). But I was so excited I didn't let it get to me. I think I will approach her about it next time, if I catch her.

Love Mitsuwa, feels like Disneyland every time I walk through the doors. (I've never been to Disneyland but you get my meaning) If you like Nihonshu they have the best, Otoko Yama (Mountain Man), made in Hokkaido. It's about $50 but so worth it. You can serve it cold or hot.

I love this place. Lots of variety for everything. Just an amazing super market with a really nice food court.

Mitsuwa Marketplace is a great Japanese supermarket filled with most of the essentials. Went there for the first time today with my fiancée who is Japanese and she felt right at home. The layout of the supermarket also feels like Japan, too. They carry a whole host of utensils, spices, ingredients, alcohols, etc. There’s even a food court, though it was closed when we shopped there (8:30 PM on a weekday). Will definitely go back whenever we need to stock up!

Could it be the Sakana Song? https://youtu.be/BzPajdslCrE
No, they do not.
They have in store, I didn't see the general ones though.
Yes. In the refrigerated ae rion, there are nigiri sushi. But you dont microwave it, and there's no wasabi along with it. And it's only enough for 1 or 2 people.
I'm not too sure about black garlic but they're likely to have black garlic oil.
I think they are the same as parchment paper that you can get at regular supermarkets.
Yes they do have them.
They carry grapes for sure, not sure about sea grapes. I'd try giving them a call. Good luck!
Sharon, thats something i never looked for at Mitsuwa. I always bought fresh assorted pickles from them.
Not that I know of
No, the eateries have their own registers. They only share a space with a market. There are other retail stores at the entrance and to the right, opposite the food court area as well.
Limited capacity. Masks are required for all employees and shoppers. One entrance in and out, however, they have divided the right for entrance only and the left side for those exiting. At check out, they have you put your purchases on the conveyor belt while you stand 6 feet away from the check out and then once they have scanned all of your purchase will you then approach and pay for everything.
I don't think so, I don't remember seeing it there
Yes, I think I saw them there last time I went a month ago.
