Great views and close to two fishing lakes. Problem is the campsites are not very level and there are so many mice and chipmunks that entered our motorhome. Bring plenty of mouse traps or decon as you will definitely need it.

Beautiful area. Some campsites have view of Beaver Creek Reservoir. Also next to a running brook.

Questions & Answers

I plan to archery hunt for elk in unit 80 this year. Are there areas near U.S. Forest Service's Cross Creek campground where a person can park a 37 foot motorhome pulling a UTV to dry camp?

Go south of the campground on 360. There are a couple of valleys on the western side of the road where we saw people camping. Not sure about 37 footer though.
