Spoke with Giovanni. My son had to pick up a package there. Someone had stolen his personal effects. Giovanni created a very customer-centric experience. Will DEFINITELY use this UPS Store again only because of wonderful service given by Giovanni. -Customer, Denise

Would not recommend getting your packages sent to this location, they will charge you a bogus Package Management fee in order to pickup your package. This makes absolutely no sense as it's within the UPS Store network and the shipping labels are already paid for. I had to pay $20, absurd.

Do not visit this location if you expect to actually be able to drop a package off. I arrived today to drop off a package at 10:30am. The location opened at 9am and there is no one around. The entire place is locked up. I go to speak to the hotel staff who mention the UPS employee is just running late today. An hour and a half late. Even though it is one of the few locations open on a Sunday, do not even waste your time trying to go here.
