Warranty is only 90 days for the businesses. Because since then problems have arisen. For business installed 4 sinks, an electric water heater and a dishwasher. 3 sinks are leaking badly. Dishwasher circuit is not properly linked cause No high temperature sterilization. The wires used are actually for residential! ! ! ! It's been less than 9 months since the end of the job. Really very disappointed, seeing the reviews are all very good, I feel cheated!

Roto-Rooter came out almost immediately after our hot water heater broke and flooded our basement. The technicians, Gabriel and Christian, were extremely professional. They did a great job replacing the water heater and really took the time to explain everything to me step-by-step. Jenny from the water cleanup team was also extremely helpful in assessing the damage that was done, as well as the next steps in the repair process. Fantastic service across the board from all three! Professional work but pressured to review company in tech's presence, scare-tactics used to purchase additional services and flood team never scheduled an inspection after pressured into requesting one. Had to take care of drying out and preventing mold, etc. without promised services. Otherwise, the work was good, timely and priced reasonably.
