Did not have a good experience. The exterior cleaning was pretty good. but the front was not cleaned off properly. Interior was not done properly. The floor mats were poorly cleaned, they still had good amount of dirt on them. The seats and the side of the seats were not properly vacuumed. The rear floor mats were also not put back properly and I had to do that myself. They also did not clean the trunk at all even though i had removed any stuff from there. I was at least expecting they'd vacuum the trunk as well. I've had a a great experience with another local car wash and ill be going there exclusively from now on. Avoid!

It’s my car wash, so take this for what it’s worth… they do the same job whether you pay for the $16 or $36 car wash. It’s not a detailing but it’s a good maintenance visit. Don’t get more than the basic.

I go often and today and the last two times I went the vacuuming is at minimal. Couldn't even tell it was vacuumed, the vacuuming is so rushed since it is before a car goes into cleaning. The window cleaning and outside cleaning is excellent. I always get the Platinum wash.

I went with my Sister to wash her car, it's not bad for a light wash. If you need a deep cleaning with a detail, they have a guy on site that will detail your vehicle, depending on what you're looking to do and how dirty your vehicle is. My biggest gripe is that the people who hand dry your vehicle after it's washed, do a horrible job! I requested a towel several times to dry areas that clearly should have been dried had they cared about doing the job to begin with.
