Sold me a Bang disposable that didn’t last longer than 4 puffs. Didn’t even make it home with the device before it was dead. No way to charge it. Called store to see about an exchange for a working product, was told I could only get a discount. Pretty ridiculous how you just scammed me out of $25 for a product far inferior to Hyde.

I accidentally got charged twice over the holiday weekend. Both charges came out tuesday morning. Overdrew my account. Email the owner and sent pics of my account history as soon as i noticed and they had my money returned within a couple hours. Saved me from overdraft fees. This is one of the few honest business's still around. Thank you!
