After 2 visits and 3 phone calls in 3 weeks still no help. I have been trying to get a trailer hitch installed on my truck. They say they will call but never do. If you want a hitch go somewhere else.

I don't often give a 1 star review, but this place deserves it. I've never had to wait so long just to pick up a truck. We called ahead, gave all of our info over the phone, and specifically asked if we would need to give our card info again when we got in there, they told us no. Well, that wasn't the case, so my 74 year old father on oxygen had to come in and go over it again with the guy. That could be excused as a miscommunication, but the service was soooooo slow, and the communication with customers was non existent. Nobody apologized, and nobody seemed interested in making the experience a positive one. Later on when we dropped off the truck I asked a lady if I had to wait in the very long line to drop the truck, and she said no, then mumbled a bunch of stuff, said uh at least 15 times, all while trying to answer a call on her cell phone. She eventually told me I could drop the keys in the after hours box, though she didn't seem 100% sure of that. That was what I did, but I didn't feel totally confident leaving them there.

After placing a call to this uhaul, I was told I'd be put on a quick hold after 20 minutes of the most annoying voice playing over and over I hung up.

Reasonably quick and easy, efficient and friendly... They did try to stick me with paying for more fuel by renting the vehicle and setting the contract with a half full tank when the tank was actually about 1/3 full.. on a 40 gal tank. That could be as much as 6 gallons, or $18 extra for them...
