The Vet was very nice and knowledgeable. Friendly staff and both my cats were very well taken care of. The Vet offered a comprehensive treatment plan and we are thrilled with the service.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. You don’t have appointments, EVER. It’s usually “a month out”. Last time I was able to bring my dog with you, after waiting for 4 weeks, I told the girl at reception what was going on with my dog. Later, the vet calls to ask things that were meant for another patient. Y You only do drop off appointments, so my poor dog would have to spend all day in a crate. And the vets are getting WORSE AND WORSE. Stop selling Wellness plans to new patients. It’s a scam! We pay for a service that we can NEVER USE.

Banfield is an amazing place. I've been coming to this specific location for a while. The vets and nurses are all so welcoming and careful with out beloved friends, and speaking from personal experience, when the worst happens and you need to say goodbye, they do it with grace and dignity. Wonderful staff and caring vets!

Can I bring in a stray cat I found? It didn't have a tag but it might have a microchip, it's really friendly. I thought it would've gone back home but this cat has just been here for about 2 days without leaving. Can I bring it in?

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
