They were helpful in picking out some wines, but I picked up cigar while there and it was dry as you can imagine, brittled in my hands. Y'all should empty the humidor and replace the selection, because you can't be selling that. waste of money

This is a great wine and liquor store. It is a little smaller, but they have a great selection. There were also multiple craft beers. They didn't have something I was looking for but the individual working there showed me something to substitute for it and gave me a pricer and cheaper option. I went with his recommendation and made the cocktail how he suggested and it was great! Definitely stop in if you are looking for something special.

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with a definitive answer to that question, as with all wine, many factors must be taken into account before an assessment can be made. If you want a quick answer, I'd suggest doing a general search online for the 2013 vintage of the label/bottle in-question to get a rough idea of it's value. You can also try searching winebid.com, which is a higher-end wine auction site that's legitimate, and has been in-business for quite a while. You can also check wine-searcher.com to get a decent idea of retail prices around the world, for the bottle in-question. I hope this helps.
