Over 5/5 stars! I came to O’Reilly’s on 38th to have my battery tested after experiencing issues starting my car. Joe was immediately helpful and kind. He and a fellow mechanic who partners with the store spent 2 hours helping me troubleshoot the issue with my car! The total cost of the whole experience was under $50 and my car now runs great. The care and attention these men gave to someone who knows very little about cars made this an unforgettable experience for me. I cannot thank Joe and the O’Reilly team enough for their professionalism and genuine effort to help me! I will be using this O’Reilly store from here on out!

Demetri the assistant manager was a huge help. He went above and beyond when switching out my car battery. He spent over 20 minutes helping remove the old battery, while being extremely patient and very friendly. I will definitely be returning due to his excellent service
