Ordered a part to this store. Their inventory was messed up; they called another location to hold the part for me to pick up. Other store (Quincy & Reservoir) heard that, but instead decided to ship it back up to this store. So, drove all the way back and forth across the metro area because Advance's inventory management is GOD AWFUL (see my other reviews) and their employees can't be bothered to listen to basic requests. So, so done with this company.

Its pretty bad when the customer has to look up the part number....... the days of experienced parts counter people here, are long gone.

This advanced auto parts was so incredibly helpful. My started died in the parking lot (good luck i suppose) and they helped me find everything I need. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! They even gave me a bowl of water and some treats for my dog who was not use to the heat! Thanks so much!!
