Called in on a Wednesday, spoke to Taeja. Told her what I needed, and even though they didn’t have the unit I wanted, she was very professional and up-front about what they could do as an alternative option. Ended up moving in a couple weeks later, this time met with Brian, he was also very friendly and professional. The apartment itself was in very good condition overall, with only expected (and minor) issues. Neighbors are friendly, too. No complaints - definitely would recommend.

EDIT: Worth noting the area manager's idea of dispute management is responding with an insult in the first line of an email before working to hear the resident side. Okay location but Melinda and Klingbeil Holdings are ripe with bad management. I had a duplicate set of keys made to have someone care for my pet when I am out of town. The next day I was notified that she wants to charge me $100 for the keys PLUS A LATE FEE for a charge that shouldn't exist. I went along and paid $100 for the keys being told it is a deposit. Fast forward to move out and Melinda denies I paid. That's called theft and at the very least she should recall pushing for a late fee on $100 keys. On top of this, I forgot to cancel the power bill and although the unit was empty November and December, the complex used power inside of it which they refuse to pay for. I should have cancelled the power on time but I thought they would have the decency to pay me for the power usage they incurred since they were the ones causing the bill to not be $0. They are within their right to not pay, just shows the unethhical management decisions. Firing 6 assistants in 3 years makes Melinda and her manager the problem, not the assistants! This property continues to go downhill because of the management style of Melinda and Klingbeil which reinforces bad management. Like many other reviews, management is the problem. Easy to fix if the holding company wanted to. It's clear the mismanagement and bad decisions are instilled from the manager of the area, very sad. Avoid all Klingbeil properties. I gave up on getting my money back, now I just want others to avoid this place.

Management answers the phone nice but other than that don't expect much from them. I delivered office packages left in the residential area to them all the time and the one time I have a package that was delivered to the office instead of the residential area... they called and insisted I come pick it up. Every time I tried picking it up the office was closed. Office closures aside, don't expect a parking spot unless you want to pay $75 a month for a garage. Instead of having a waitlist for spots, they just try to sell you the expensive one and to ask again later. Cool, thanks.

I lived here for over 4 years and have seen 3 different managements after each time owning company sells it to a new one. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: relatively new construction, very clean, safe and quite gated community, had washing machine in unit, relatively spaciouse with lots of storage. Cons: very expensive relative to the neighborhood, management is only open Tuesdays through Saturdays and maintenance responds only on these days and other days if only it is emergency. That is odd a management and maintanance being closed on Mondays. The maintenance can also be slow sometimes.
