Horrible reception this morning. I showed up for my 8 am appointment and walked in. After crosschecking my appointment, the guy at the desk announced with calous indifference, "I must be honest with you that it will take at least an hour before anyone touches your car..." No apologies! And the facial expression and tone of voice could not be more uncouth. His body language said in effect, "you either take it or you leave it!" I walked away saying in my heart, "never again will I step foot in this place!" It's lamentable that a place with such excellent technical services would have such rude guys (the guy on phone during the appointment scheduling was no better!) at the reception.

My front right tire was wrecked and had my car towed here. Even though I hadn't been here singe 2019, they had my tire info, had the tire in stock, and were able to fix it even when I didn't have the key to the tire lock. They replaced the tire that day and I was able to drive it home. Cheaper than Costco, great service, and Don is a super friendly, helpful manager.

The worst treatment in appointments and the same excuse in all branches The appointments are three weeks late and wait four hours and the car did not finish and they tell you the same excuse lack of workers and Corona liars in all branches My personal opinion is their very, very bad treatment with customers. I advise strengthening workers to satisfy customers or closing the site because it is more than Someone I know has the same problem

Do not bring your car here, staff was extremely rude and stated they don't honor Firestone warranties unless you purchased the tires at their store. I intend to let Cororate Firestone (who sent me here) and this very rude young man's boss know that this store does not honor their own brand tire warranties.
