The apartments are beautiful, but they are expensive. I’ve been living here for nearly a year and for the amount I pay in rent, you’d think that I could at least have peace of mind that my mail wouldn’t be stolen. WRONG! Leasing office does nothing about it, I’ve lost literally thousands of dollars in stolen packages, the most recent being $100 worth of clothes i purchased for my 5 year old. Spoke to a few neighbors and it’s apparently a big issue with this community. You’d think for 2200+ Per month they’d have at least a camera or something where our mailboxes are. Absolutely insane.

Mark, from the leasing office, is kindhearted, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The maintenance team is the best, especially the maintenance manager.

Management and Toll Brothers should be taken out of the rental business. Leasing office non flexible staff. Have no problem taking money out of your pocket. We have been talking for several months. You have an excellent understanding. …Cathy we would like to have a better understanding about your experience. Please reach out to us at (609) 520-1999 at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve this with you. The Mews Team

Where? Sometimes the plumbing is too close to the dry wall.
I am currently living in the mews for 2 months and working in Manhattan. For me it has been a pleasant experience for sure. In being a new immigrant and family still to join me, I have been surprised by the fact that I look forward to getting home and yes it does feel like a home. IOW you will enjoy the community.
