We went there to celebrate my spouse’s birthday with two kids on 06/12. We started with some drinks and it took them forever to bring prepare those. They served our food first and then brought the drinks. The place was sparsely occupied so there weren’t many customers, however, it still took them really long time to prepare our drinks. In fact one drink came after 50-60 mins because our waitress was too tardy, I wish the place could have provided a better experience and waitress. The food and drinks were okay, we went there for the ambience, but unfortunately the waitress spoiled it. Never trying this place again.

Food is okay. Wasn't great but also not bad by any means. The hostess and waitress were very nice but the waitress barely came to our table and we had to keep tracking her down. We have 2 young kids (1 and 3 years old) and I always love when a restaurant gets the kids orders in first and can get us the check quickly because anyone with kids knows, they are ticking time bombs. Unfortunately that was not the case here. We asked that their food can come out first and it was screaming hot and the waitress put the plate right in front of our 1 year old. He almost grabbed the plate and would have burned his hand. And we had to wait a long time for the food temperature to become edible (we got chicken fingers and french fries). After we got our food and the kids were done and becoming restless, the waitress was nowhere in sight to ask for our check. The restaurant was not busy at all either - we went around 4:30 on a weeknight and were probably 1 of 5 tables in there. I would go back here again because it's good food, has a lot of options for the kids, and is a great location right off Rt 1 and connected to the mall. But I wish the service was better and they would maybe provide crayons and coloring page/menu for the kids. That is usually a standard thing at restaurants and if they do provide this, we weren't offered.

Server needs to be retrained ASAP! Drove in from out of town with my mom and younger daughter to take my college daughter to lunch for her 21st birthday. The 3 of them ordered waters no lemon, the Server Chi brought all 3 waters with lemon. …
