This is the WORST post office! The postmaster/manager is so rude and unpleasant beyond words!! I went in there to drop off a package and simply needed a tracking receipt. I was very pleasant to him and he was shaking his head in a negative manner as if how dare he help me and barely said one word to me. I thanked him despite the poor treatment and he muttered some hmmmhmmm. I will go to the Eagle post office for better service and treatment. Unbelievable that jerks like him have a job!!

It’s not a very pleasant experience here. There’s only one person work there and I was told that I need to purchase tape in order to tape my shipping label on the package, he was not willing to help. Oh lord, when Star USPS becomes so commercialized.

The folks at the Star post office are the best! They are always helpful and fun to talk to. It makes it less of a chore to go there when I know I'm walking into a positive environment with knowledge people. Great job Star USPS! 😁

This place is usually easy to get in and out of with friendly enough staff however today I went to return shoes to a manufacturer and had an odd experience. I went in and was told I'd need to purchase a box to put the shoe box in which I expected to do however then I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't bring tape to tape the return label to the box. "We can't supply anything because that's prepaid postage" Even though I was buying one of their boxes? They'd help me tape the box closed but turned me away because they can't spare tape for the return label. Very odd not to be helped over tape. Leaving four stars because I've had satisfactory experiences here before but today was petty.
