There is not a sauna at The Gym. We are a pretty straightforward facility that is comparable to an Anytime Fitness in size, just with a much larger and vast variety of equipment and weights
I wish we did. We have tried to get set up through them but it is VERY slow. As of right now, no we don't do Silver Sneakers.
From what I've been told guests are not allowed, but they won't say anything if you bring them every once in a while, just not every day
