I love Tom Thumb, I truly do but this Starbucks in this store is okay. When I went in this location, there was a long line and I was okay with that but what I wasn’t okay with is the fact that the line was long because there was only two people working at the time one of the ladies was on break the other lady was in training and the one in training could not do anything without the other worker that was on break the line was long because we had to wait until the other lady came off of her break even when she came off of her break I literally had to ask her could she please wash her hands before she fix my drink I was not being rude I had to ask because I witnessed her scratching deeply in her head and her ear I thought places serving food or drinks had the employees to wash their hands before returning to work from their break. She did wash her hands but I shouldn’t have had to ask

The staff is quick but not very friendly. They made my daughters drink with leftovers from the previous drink

To be honest this is a place for high school kids who are looking to score a few extra bucks. Customer service and having a spirit of excellence is not on their top priority list. They are nice kids but nonchalant. I mean what would you really expect from a bunch of teenagers. They don’t exhibit a sense of urgency when the line is long. A few visits I did see some issues with cleanliness behind the counter with wiping the counter down with smelly, sour rag. I no longer visit here for drinks but to buy specialty or holiday cups.

Ordered a regular small coffee but tell me why when I received it tasted cold. There was several people in front of me as I waited. I couldn’t believe I went home with a cold old coffee. Super nasty.
