This used to be the best place to go grocery shopping. Things were a bit more pricey, but the customer service was excellent, and you didn't have to wait too long in line because all registers were open, and you got the help you needed when you need it. Now, the last few times my family and I have visited here, there has been only 1 or 2 registers open with a store full of people, and the self check out "helpers" are also no help. I give it one more hance, and I will no longer spend money here.

DO NOT DO ORDER PICKUP The quality of the order pickup is terrible. The shopper does not look at instructions and will substitute an item even when it was requested with NO SUBSTITUTION (which is important when dealing with food allergies). And some of the items they replace make zero sense and put zero effort in fulfilling your order properly.

Relies almost exclusively on self checkout. 7:30 in the morning. Three customers with 3/4 full baskets in self checkout. One kiosk not working. No checkers. Four people in line behind those checking out. This customer left.

Customer service has no idea what they are doing when it comes to renewing registration on a vehicle. Was told I have the incorrect inspection form. Uhmm no I have a DOT inspection. It looks different but is indeed still an inspection and shows all the necessary information.
