Divine Mercy will always have a special part in my heart. I have attended Divine Mercy along with my parents and siblings since it was a small little humble building on Galloway. We were active members by serving God and the community and my parents even helped in the construction of the new building. Now I attend Divine Mercy with my husband and baby girl. I love going to church here with Father Gil and at times with father Manning. I am giving the staff a one star because of how rude they are. I have had several encounters with them but this one was the last straw. They called me IRRESPONSIBLE due to me not giving them money during the pandemic when we were going through financial struggles. Also, called me IRRESPONSIBLE because I did not go to church (gave them my hardworking money) for about 2months when I had just given birth to a baby. I just wanted reregister my husband and I as a married couple and get info. on how to baptize my baby, but safe to say we will not reregister there. Father Ernie needs to reconsider his staff and train them because they need to learn how to communicate and properly work with customer service.

The church is good, but their office staff are rude and lack customer service experience. Definitely not how Pope Francis wants the catholic church to treat people.
