I’ve tried really hard to not write a bad review, but sometimes for the sake of others I do want to give an honest experience so people can know what to expect. For months I always go and get labels printed here to ship things off. It’s more convenient for me than getting a printer, or at least I thought it would be. Support a local business, and just not have a printer sitting around. Anyways.. I’ve kinda just put up with them being rude because I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and just tried to show kindness and think, hey maybe they are having a bad day. But, I unfortunately I just don’t think that’s the case. They have been so rude, and don’t package things with care. The manager/owner I believe is the one who constantly gets upset if I want to print a label off and changes the price from 5 cents to 25 cents each time depending on his mood that day. For one piece of paper. Which he explained once that he doesn’t like that it takes the extra effort for someone to get up for one piece of paper, so it should cost more. I just dropped off a package, and had a horrible experience yet again, and gave myself two hours to calm down to make sure I wanted to review the place like this. Again, hate giving bad reviews, but it also can be helpful in constructive criticism too. So I say this to be helpful, BE KIND, consider what you are doing to your business in being rude and inconsistent in pricing depending on your mood. Also I’ll add… it isn’t always just one label I come in for. There have been many projects I have done and have had a heck of a time with. But, the little things do add up too. Thanks!

Not a good place to mail stuff. If you write in cursive don’t go here. The kids that work there can’t read it. They try to send your packages and mail certified mail when not told to. Manager need to learn manner and not be rude to customers after the customer has already been there for 30 minutes to mail one package and three letter. Manger was the worst. Should be rude or yell at customers.
