Maintenance has not been responsive, and sometimes not even polite…issues stay a week or longer unresolved. Edit: reducing my rating to the lowest possible. (Previously had one star, because the leasing office seems okay) It’s now 90+degrees outside and the AC in my ‘luxury’ apartment has been broken for two weeks! I have had to go sit in my car at night, burning expensive gas just to get cool… I’m extremely disappointed, and would not recommend living here. Trust me, it’s different after you actually move in I cannot wait to leave. Will continue to update this review.

I was overcharged for rent. And after I pointed that out, the leasing office has been ignoring me and not returning the extras. It’s also been more than three months since I moved out, and I still haven’t gotten my deposit yet. 20+ emails and calls have been made, yet they’re still ignoring the problems.

UPDATED: staff change, communication is not good. Doesn’t have time to return calls or emails but has time to send out emails about the same issues everyday.
