This company has terrible customer service and only cares about money. They're money hungry greed overpowers their ability to be decent human beings. The owner is incredibly rude and has terrible tact with her customers. The people there are very unfriendly and did nothing with or for our daughter. The gym is dirty. We were not impressed and are taking our business elsewhere where we're treated with respect. This lady maliciously charged my card for one class when I told her we were canceling and going elsewhere due to their poor communication and bad customer service. A normal person with good customer service would've compted our introductory class like most businesses do especially for our troubles. Instead this woman tries to justify her wrongdoings and excuse her poor communication and bad customer service. Honestly I'm glad to be out of this place. I had to block her on instagram because all she did was go back and forth with me trying to justify things rather than just apologize and not spitefully charge my card after telling me it wasn't in the system and I wasn't properly registered. Bottom line I want my money back because they don't deserve a cent of my money or business.

Love Allison and the entire team at the center!! Kudos to all the hard work they put in. Their love for teaching and learning is much appreciated!! Definitely recommend the place!!!
