You can swim in the lake but I'm not sure if the sheriffs department lifted the ban on the river yet

At the mudhole dogs are allowed on a leash but not on the beach at all

There us someone at the booth 7_9 pm but you can come in and pick a spot. The gates are closed 10 pm ti 7 am

There are multiple campgrounds with varying prices.

Check with the Idaho forestry service, they'll have a for sure answer.
