Had my appointment at Lamprey yesterday. The wait was quick. It was my first visit in quite a while. NP Kaeli McPhee attended to me and was very professional, but very considerate, with a warm personality. I was quite at ease throughout the visit. She listened and helped me to understand what was happening through visuals with the aid of the pc. Being informed is important to me . I already love my NP even though I used to dread going to doctors. .... Sincerely. Ida

Dr. Ana Goubert is a great doctor. Very compassionate, thorough and never talks "down" to you. Dr. Goubert's nurse was awesome, as well. The facility is clean and modern. The only negative that I would state is that the appeared to be a lack of intake and checkout personnel which caused a bit of a back up in checking in and out.

I've had Dr Heidi Cruzberg as my PCP for decades. She is amazing!! She typically runs late because she cares about her patients and it shows. She takes her time and is thorough with every single patient. I am absolutely happy to wait a little longer when she's running behind because I know she will be thorough every time. I'm very lucky to have her as my doctor because it's nice to actually get answers instead of being rushed in and out like many doctors do in order to carry on more patients.

Our Senior Transportation Program does have routes that go to Brentwood. To see if you are eligible for the program please call (603) 659-2424. They can help you with the process and also give you more information on when we go to Brentwood.
Hello Tonya, The Lamprey Health Care transportation program has two components. The first is a fixed route for various towns. Those routes bring people to local services such as grocery stores, pharmacies and banks. We also have vehicles that provide rides for people to medical visits. Those visits do not have to be with Lamprey Health Care. They only have to be within our service area (Rockingham and parts of Strafford County). The service is available to individuals who are over the age of 60 or who are disabled. To see if you qualify you will want to contact the program directly and they can determine eligibility. The number to call for this program is (603) 659-2424. Please note that you will have to leave a message. The program staff is normally out on the road driving and they return calls when they are completed with their routes.
