Cut off service without warning, even though bill was paid. Left us to freeze an entire weekend. Refused to compensate or even take responsibility. A bunch of bureaucratic a-holes.

Is there a no star response.....after 40 years of service I am disappointed and will change companies. Came and told me heater could not be repaired. Because they came to assess, they locked me into a year of fees.

I am very happy with the service contract on my gas boiler, I saw a code lighting up and called Petro they came right away .The gentleman said not a problem showed me what to do the next time it comes up, so happy for this man being on time, professional and the service amazing. I will alway recommend. Also cleaned the system did a great job.

I use to be a Petro customer still last year every year I was using more and more oil the furnace was old so I put a new one guess what I use more oils them the year before calling customer center and they came to the house check the new machine and no answer, we don’t like the house so hot we keep the thermostats between 62and 65 degrees . This year I’m not with a oil company and I already save over $1300 in oil and the famous service agreement. I will not recommend them at all zero 🌟
