This place is fine*. The staff is responsive and nice, it’s one of the few places that has washer/dryer in unit (albeit old stacked units that haven’t been cleaned out or maintained…ever, I have to clean out the gunk and dust from inside the unit just to feel like I’m actually cleaning my clothes) but it’s just as expensive as other places in town and they WILL raise the rent a huge chunk every single year like most. The location is nice being a bit out of the hustle but still access to town, but they’re also doing non stop construction outside and amongst the property so be prepared for the inconvenience that can come with that. Also, if you’re on the ground floor and the winter season is over the ants WILL invade no matter how clean you live. The trim along the floor isn’t properly sealed anywhere so they come in from everywhere, many of us tenants have this same issue and it’s why we can’t wait to leave. Construction projects start at 8am even on the weekend. Upgrading to a slightly larger (no more bedrooms) unit would be almost $1000 more a month with no other reason for it other than they just CAN. Also good luck finding parking unless you want to pay even more per month to use their garages, I actually gotten ticketed while parked at home here in a legal spot.

The apartment is nice, has a new kitchen and a really spacious patio, everything is always clean around the property and maintenance (John) is amazing. Stayed here with some friends on a trip into town, super nice place! All of the buildings layouts made sense, and were clearly labeled (which is a blessing with apartments if you’ve ever lived in one). The location was great, I took public transportation around while I was there and it would pick me up and drop me back off right in front of the complex. The room that my friends were In had a cozy little fire place and high vaulted ceilings, not huge but a perfect amount of space for the two of them and their pup. Leasing staff seemed very friendly as while I was there they hosted a trivia night via zoom for all the tenants to hop in on. Overall I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back, hopefully next time the world will be a little more open and we can get out more
