We wanted to transform our garage and a major step was increasing the size of our garage doors and letting in natural light. We also needed to silence the motor below the bedrooms. Anytime we've had a problem O'Malley Overhead Door has been quick to fix it. We just bought a new garage door that has been great and much quieter than the old wood one we kept having to buy new springs for. O'Malley installed it quickly and for a reasonable price.

There are many things that can contribute to this. We suggest that you spray the rollers inside the track, the springs, and pullies (if you have extension springs) with a silicone spray.
More often than not this is an easy fix. Your safety eyes may be off alignment. The eyes, located on the bottom half of the tracks need to be pointed directly at one another for the door to function properly. If this does not solve the problem it may be more involved and you should contact us.
