We live an hour away and thought it worth the drive: Stale donuts, under-cooked bacon, and coffee that didn't have the requested flavor, was one shot of espresso and a TON of milk. Now they don't want to answer the phone. So professional!

The dining area was filthy. The tables and seats were not wiped down. I also noticed the counter top was all dusty so this place really needs a good cleaning and it needs to stay clean in the dining area so you don’t feel disgusted when you’re wanting to sit there and eat your food. And the food was not that great either. Not a great experience for my first time there.

The service is decent when you get a crew that knows what they are doing, otherwise you're in trouble! Hair in food, half portions, wrong orders, cold food....

Crew is short-staffed. Lobby & restrooms could be cleaned up a bit. Just a few staff working and drive thru was busy. However...5 stars for the sourdough bacon sandwich and Boston cream! Gotta try the Avocado & roasted tomato toast! All kinds of drinks available including Borden chocolate milk! Baskin Robbins ice cream flavors, too! Service was great and staff appreciated our patience.
