I took my car to have tire inspection and rotate and balanced because I kept hearing noise coming from my tire. I took it there for 9:45 am and I explained to the salesman that I hear a noise and that I had a appointment for 9:45 am and he found me in the system. They pulled my car in bay took them 45 minutes to do nothing,,of course I thought the problem was solved because I didn't hear anything so I think I'm good. That was Friday afternoon, Saturday night on my way home with my grandbabies the noise started back so I was very upset. By the way I called a discount tire Friday and asked what did they do because they didn't tell me anything, but the sales person told me they got a nail out which I felt was odd because that could have been the problem. I had to get another mechanic to check it and the brake calibar bolt was missing and how could they missed that if they checked the tires, could have been bad for my grand kids and me!! Terrible work from teenagers who are doing probably because the service I acquired didn't require a payment.

I went in to have my headlight bulb changed and was told it was going to be over $200 because they had to remove the bumper. I may be a woman but I was not born yesterday. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and I will never go back to this location or do business with Pep Boys again. I kindly refused the services and walked out of the store. There are other businesses that will do the job correctly, professionally, and at the correct cost. Bye Pep Boys.
