My son pulled into the parking lot @ 6;03 pm with a nail in his tire leaking air. Walked up to the door and a employee came out and stated store was closed, my son explained his situation and they just said they were closed and shut the door and locked it. As my son was trying to chg to the spare in the parking lot, employees would just walk out look at him and drive off. I bought those tires from NTB and I get they were closing but they could have offered to put the spare on and patch the tire in am. It took my son an hour to chg the tire as he and friends had trouble getting the lug nuts off. This is horrible cust. service.. especially from the manager that closed. WAY TO GO CUSTOMER SERVICE from this location
