I picked up a vehicle on Friday May 6th. I had an urgent business matter to tend to so I was already needing to leave asap. Upon getting to the vehicle, it looked like it had just been returned prior to me getting there. The inside and the outside was filthy, and had an odor. I decided to wipe everything and use a fabric disinfectant and popped on a couple car fresheners for peace of mind. I would’ve gave an overall rating of a 0 stars, however the lady at the counter was nice and courteous so I added a start. Other than that, I think a partial refund would be sufficient.

I picked up my rental and it smelled inside and behind the passenger seat was an exploded can of concentrated orange juice. I asked for a different car and they gave me another and the second car had a half drank bottle of pop and a half drank bottle of water under the seat. There is no way either of those cars were cleaned properly.

The car was nice and clean inside n a little dusty outside but that was to be expected, and the staff lady was very nice to me always had a smile when I had to rerent the car again 3 times due to machanic problems with my own car . And when I go to rent a vehicle again I will be at the Avis rental place you can be sure of that !! Thank you Avis😁

I booked through priceline for a price of $130. The car was returned early with a full tank of gas but i was charged $242. I contacted Avis and was told it was due to the gas not being full and I would have to prove it was filled. I called the rental location to verify it was returned full and they verified this. Contacted Avis again and was told oh, its the other car, called the other rental location, unable to reach anyone after over an hour. Finally spoke with someone who verified that car had also been returned full. Contacted avis one last time and was told, oh you arent charged for gas, the charges have been reversed, yet my bill was still $242 rather than $113 and no charges were ever reversed. The original car I received was dirty on the inside and the lot guy said they dont clean the insides
